Curățenie și micul dejun ,pot fi îmbunătățite

Excellent hotel in the city center, with very attentive and helpful staff. They are always ready to help with arranging transfers and to answer any questions. Here, you can relax and enjoy your vacation without worrying about anything. I really liked everything, and I definitely recommend this hotel. If you are looking for a place to stay in Santorini, this is definitely worth choosing. The panoramic view is simply stunning. Breakfast is also served with a magnificent view. Highly recommended.

The only thing I didn’t particularly like was the lack of privacy. The rooms are located very close to each other, so you can see what your neighbors are doing and even hear them. I would also add more fruit options at breakfast. However, this is just a personal preference, and overall I really enjoyed my stay.

Very very quiet place on the caldera side where most rooms have a private pool or private hot tub. Good breakfast is served 'with a view', actually a fantastic unforgettable view.

Tesis temizlik açısından inanılmaz kötüydü, 4 gun boyunca musluklardan koyu sarı paslı su akıyordu. Suyu fotogtaflayip resepsiyona gonderdigimde soguk su ile yikanin denildi. Bu insan sağlığını hiçe saymak 856€ odedigim bir otelde suyun temiz olmasini beklerdim. Yatak hic rahat degildi yastiklar sertti. Havlular cok kotu eski ve yipranmisti. Havuz pisti ve temizlenmiyordu.

Emplacement superbe

D´une part , il n’y a aucune séparation entre les terrasses des chambres ; donc quand on est sur la terrasse on a aussi le voisin sur la même terrasse De plus les voisins passent juste devant la baie vitrée de la chambre pour rejoindre la leur , donc obligation de fermer le rideau en permanence Mais surtout : la chambre était sale : cafard mort non aspiré, poussière, verre non lave avec trace du liquide, lavabo et toilette de la salle de bain non nettoyés (au moins une dizaine de cheveux dans le lavabo), serviette de bain sale … Nous avons pris la décision de partir ce que la directrice a accueilli avec une totale indifférence, sans un mot d’excuse, ni un petit geste de dédommagement.
