Hotel Grace Galaxy

Absolutely nothing. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

I notified the hotel I was arriving late, just before midnight. When I arrived, I was asked to sign a visitor book, when I refused, I was informed that they would not check me in. When I asked if they were seriously going to ask a female, travelling alone, to leave, just because I didn't want to sign a visitor book, I was informed that that was the case- also note I'd paid in advance, unfortunately. After speaking with an absent Manager, eventually I got a room key. Unfortunately, upon entering the room, I noted multiple stains on the walls, appeared to be excrement, cream stains on the decorative pillows, appeared to be bodily fluids, bodily hairs in the bed and a fowl smell from the wet room. As I feared for my health, I couldn't stay and departed immediately. Unfortunately, despite lodging several complaints with Booking.com, I still haven't received a refund, or even a rely. If you value your health, don't book this hotel!!

I was upgraded to a lovely large room, with a great view of the city, and very comfortable. All of the staff were completely friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, very close to Linking Road with good bars and cafes just next door.

I have no complaints!
