The hotel is very near to Haram with opening door 310 is near we really like the atmosphere and the close distance from hotel additionally we have an opportunity to get pakistani delicious food the restaurant name delicious food and karak tea in the end the also providing extra time with check out the Mr. Saad the hotel Owner. One Staff members at reception utterly rude to other customers, the place is a shit hole , waste of money facilities are very poor , room basic and dirty bedding stained and towels will wholes , room not one e clean in 3days stay

The location of the hotel is 10 mins walk, which i will give 10/10 .

The main problem was that there was a construction site next door, and drilling noise was continuous from Fajar Pray to Zuhur. The noise was unbearable. Prior to that, I requested an early check-in and waited almost 12 hours to check in. The building manager obviously knew about the building work and ignored the noise, leaving the customer suffering and no care . The manager has to be honest and not neglect his customers. Cleaning 7 out of 10, the room was very small, with no space to pray if tired or sick to go to Prophet Mosque. We were a family of 3. The manager later changed the room and said, "You are lucky to have a better room now.

Only thing thing is the location I read reviews about how small the rooms were so I ordered a bigger room but we were shoved in a small room and told the try to move us tomorrow but that never happened
