The hygiene level were minus 100 there was a stone hard bread in the fridge from months probably. No towels supplied or washing products door kept not workings people were smoking in the hotel. The bathroom was a health and safety hazard. When I asked do I get a kettle a boy came back with a tiny kettle and two paper cups. Windows were filthy and no space to put anything.

Disgusting bathroom. Never cleaned, no exhaust, ceiling was leaking with sewer water. There was mold. I was charged an additional day

Location was 5-6 min away from Masjid al nabwi

Didn't like the attitude of an individual. He looked at us like we were beggers. We paid alot of money for 3 day stay. Yes we got their early morning and check in wasn't till 4pm . His attitude was very disrespectful. If I hadn't paid in advance, I would have walked away. The old guy came after some hours and showed great love and respect. Location was great room.was small but its just right to have a nap and freshen up
