The only part that I like about the hotel was it was close to masjid e nabwi.

The bed sheets were dirty, the room was not cleaned properly, bathroom was not cleaned properly. When my requested for new bedsheets it took ages for them to respond.

The bathroom was abit modern. Hence the 3 star review. However the hot water was very iffy. Sometimes there would be and sometimes nothing. The only kinda good thing was the room service guys. They were very helpful and on time. Always restocked the essentials generously. The location was really good.

It was not well maintained. Poor facilities. Fridge was very dirty and old. The climate control knob was missing hence the room was freezing cold for the entire stay. We had people sitting outside our room door and eating. Lots of people smoke all over this hotel. Management does nothing about it. My room constantly smelt of cigarettes. The room itself was okay sized. But there was an old unkept and misplaced wardrobe which cut the size of the room in half. The lifts are always full/slow. The foyer area is over crowded more often than not.

Location was near Haram also staff especially Omar was really helpful and helped us change to a 3 bed room. Please remember rooms are generally small in Medina but well maintained at this property.
