I travel all the way from uk to Medina and all I can get it rooms of seven bed in a room as hostel

Unclean and unorganised, staff was useless he was so cold and didn’t care or show empathy, receptionist was murmuring under his breath to another staff.!! I arrived and waited for the receptionist for 15 mins as there was no one at the desk. !!!!!! Rooms I booked were “full” tried offering me a different room which was like a jail no space to even open suit cases then offered another room which seemed like it’s been left and untouched for months. when they saw nothing to be done they said they’d transfer me to another hotel little do I know it was far worse than the first one but then realised it’s the same company. Left the hotel the next day went and paid out of pocket for another hotel.!!!! DO NOT BOOK AT ALL!!!!!! we met a couple of people at that hotel which asked us if we saw the rooms as they’ve seen as the state was terrible they ended up leaving aswell.!!! Save your money and don’t book

Location near masjid

I liked how close it was to the 2nd most sacred mosque of Islām. We were able to walk it there without having to spend any money on transport which was so convenient. The bathroom and beds were upto a good standard too.

The locker didn't work at first and so after they were told by my husband, the staff replaced the broken one with a different one, the price paid for the hotel room was more than it was worth. The room didn't provide all the facilities as mentioned on booking.com.
