AEPKPKPKI enjoyed the luxary feel and design of the hotel. The front desk staff - Fazal in particular, was extremely helpful. Where our phones weren’t working to make local calls, he provided us with his own and this was very kind of him. The games room was also an added bonus, we enjoyed the carom board (although it wasn’t a full set) and the pool table.
There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom (no extractor fan). The food was average and is the point I’d highlight that needs to be improved the most.
PKEverything was perfect. Ms. Rima at the reception was very helpful and provided guidance regarding the local food and shopping.
