Feedback on Recent Stay Our recent stay was extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about how this property is managed. No Amenities: The hotel failed to provide even the basic amenities that were advertised. What was promised online was simply not available on-site. Untrained Staff: Staff lacked knowledge about the hotel’s own services, check-in/check-out times, and basic guest queries. This is unacceptable for any hospitality business. Lack of Transparency: There was no clear communication about facilities, timings, or policies. We were misled by information that did not match reality. Misrepresentation: The experience gives the impression of a scam or fraudulent operation, where the customer is lured with promises that are never delivered. This was one of the most unsatisfactory hotel experiences we have had, and unless major improvements are made in staff training, transparency, and honest representation of amenities, I cannot recommend this property to anyone
