"Horrible and pathetic"

Nothing, its located at too uphill, and its accessible only for two wheelers....

The owner is too tricky.... Initially they won't collect the rent... By simply says vacate at your convenience... We may think that is bonus... But if stay for an hour extra they will charge for a day... So settle your bills at the time of checkin

The location is suitable for the name of Hill view, overlooking the city of Jodhpur. Just below the Mehrangarh Fort. You can also walk to the clock tower and the market. There are many restaurants nearby, but I recommend eating here. It was very delicious! Great view! I'll come back later!
