The staff was so welcoming and very helpful.

The air conditioner isn't available and the heater isn't working, otherwise everything is great, the treatment from the staff was awesome.

Location

There was no hot water at all, plugs in the kitchen stopped working on the second night of our 4 night stay and owner did not provide us with an alternative nor did she provide an update throughout... Owner also didn't respond to our texts or calls when we requested for updates on the plugs not working and the showers not having any hot water

Ohhh My Goodness, the location of the place is like a hidden gem. The information provided on the booking.com website about the facilities and pictures are correct and very accurate. The room was clean and looked exactly like what the pictures showed. The place is so peaceful and quiet, a great option for a weekend getaway, business purposes or for someone who just wants to relax and unwind. A huge shout out to the host Tanaka, she was so kind. When I got there she helped me with my luggage, showed me my room and explained about the facilities in the room. She was always available whenever we needed something. Will definitely visit the place again, and will recommend it to my friends. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
