The Village Green Apartment

Hands down, you can’t beat the location.

The property is very run down and in need of a makeover. 1 bed was good but the other 2 were not. A lot of the lights don’t work or are very dull. No carpark available. The online photos make it look spacious but it is not.

We loved the location of the apartment, facilities and underfloor heating. It accommodated 6 adults perfectly. It was really spacious and we loved the decor.

Only a tiny thing, but the lighting brightness in rooms like the bathroom could have been better (as in the globe was warm rather than bright).

The location was perfect and easy to access, and the property was spacious and very comfortable for our group of five. Everything we needed was available, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Amazing location, the balcony had a great view of the lake and the fireplace was awesome. Would recommend the village green to anyone.

Excellent & Amenity & location

We loved the view and the convenient location of the Village Green. The apartment was decorated very nicely and it was very comfortable and spacious for 5 people. We loved the heated balcony and the fireplace and the views from the balcony are exceptional. We enjoyed playing cards in front of the fire each night. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and we liked the extra touches like heated towel racks and heated floors in the kitchen.

Because of its in town location the noise level, in the master bedroom in particular, was very loud making it hard to sleep without ear plugs. The neighborhood bar/ bars had loud dance music on Thursday, Friday and Saturday night that continued past 3AM. The lighting in the guest bathroom was a dim. There were no paper products, i.e. paper towels or napkins in the kitchen.

Fantastic location, large apartment, convenient check in process and fantastic staff. Air con for hot days, heated bathroom floors and an amazing fire. A few hiccups but nothing is ever perfect right. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Unfortunately, the unit was very dusty, the washing machine wouldn’t work correctly on spin and therefore had to hand squeeze out. Then dryer works only for a few minutes and stops so have to keep turning on. Staff were advised and someone promptly came out however still wasn’t fixed for our stay.
