Pool was bad yard was to untidy and no sea view.

Nothing it was very uneasy stay

This property is badly maintained I will never recommend anyone staying here. Things are falling apart and it don’t smell good. When we arrived the house was dirty spider webs in some areas thick dirt in the corners and under the beds. I had to clean it before we did anything. They yard is also dirty with stuff laying around. The pictures are not the same as the place a lot of the stuff has aged. On the second night we had people coming to the gate screaming us up at 11pm looking for a man that stayed in the yard we actually got scared because they insisted we just go see where’s this guy. We also had the lights tripping on the one section as well and had to call in for help to get it right.

The pool was the only clean thing clean.This place is just awful. The pictures are so deceiving. We left early. Garbage was not taken out, maggots were crawling out of the kitchen bin and onto the floor. Nothing was cleaned for the 3 nights we stayed here and we paid for 4 nights. Our stay was disappointing.

The place is not clean. Nothing like the pictures at all. The moss on the pavement outside is disgusting whilst walking barefoot. Kids were slipping. Really wouldn't want anyone wasting their money like we did. Towels looked filthy, thankfully carried my own. No essentials were given- One toilet roll for 4 nights,.handwash diluted with water. Cockroaches are all over. Please do something about this place or shut it down. No one should be scammed to live here.

If you looking for a nice quiet place to relax, Madida holiday home is perfect. It's a private area surrounded by nature. I liked waking up to the sounds of the birds and hearing the wind rustling through the trees. Inside everything was neat and clean. We had our own space to do our own things. It felt like a home away from home. The staff was friendly and always checked on us

Punctuality in.making the place ready for occupation not quite. Accomodatiin was not ready when we arrived. Staff is punctual when we have to check out which is a bit of an abnormslity tsking into account checking in time was not 100% up to standard Basic things like ensuring water is hot i had to wake up early at 4 sm to bsth with vold water prepsring for dialysis to start treatment at 5h30. Airconditioner not operstiinal at the sitting room Otherw8se i think evrrything else was okay

The privacy and openness of the house,it had everything I needed to cater for my family, all in good working condition. It's a secure place near the beach with stores and banks

We found the pool dirty it wasn't cleaned for the time we were there,the caretaker just took out the leaves and put the pool chemical,we had 4 towels to use for the whole three days and signal for the tv kept shutting down, the sleeper couches are old and painful and making noises

Nothing I like in the house and I will never come again 😔😔 I feel like I play with money 💰 your house is very bad even your electric your door was broken 💔
