The property was located centrally. It is safe and the availability of secure parking.

We were let down by the front door. Even the caretaker could not open it. This is a minor issue which I hope has been fixed.

Very clean and spacious. Caregivers were very welcoming and helpful.

The place was exactly as advertised. We found everything to be on point. The caretaker was very nice, friendly & welcoming. The best stay ever.

Kids enjoyed the pool.

The unit was dirty. Under the beds full of dust. My 6yr old has sinuses and it was really bad because of the dust. Crockery was also dirty, mugs stained. We didn't have hot water. My 77 yr old mom had cold showers. Advised Thando who promised to have a look at our geyser, he never came.

The place is easily accessible and all the facilities are nearby

Beds were comfortable. The caretaker was very helpful. View from the main room is exceptional.

There was no toilet paper or handwash, more dishes should be included in the kitchen. The doors and gates are old and need to be replaced. A little more attention to the guests needs should be considered, the pool was not clean on time.

The facility was clean and environmentally friendly and comfortable.
