I had a great stay at here. Enjoying the convenient location near Vivacity Megamall and several other shopping centers. The apartment was clean and well equipped with comfortable furniture and a fully functional kitchen. The building itself offers impressive amenities, including a pool, gym, and a designated parking area. However, one downside was the inconsistent WiFi connectivity, which made it difficult to work remotely during the day. The nearby attractions like the Sarawak River Cruise and the Kuching Cat Museum were easy to access.

The elevators can sometimes be slow especially during peak hours.

The aparmtment is located in a prime area of Kuching, just a short walk from Vivacity Megamall. The building is modern with great facilities like a beautiful pool and well maintained gym. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy furniture, and plenty of natural light. The location is fantastic which close to cultural spots like the Sarawak State Museum and food markets, which made it a great home base for exploring the city.

This apartment gave excellent value. The kitchen was very usable with good stove, basic cookware, microwave, kettle, everything in the unit was clean, living room spacious, AC cooling well, free parking, lifts worked well, and security was solid. The building facilities like pool, rooftop terrace, garden view areas, elevator and access to mall amenities like cinema, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant all made life very easy. Nearby attractions such as Kuching Waterfront for evening walks, Sarawak Museum for culture, and the mall itself for shopping and meals were all within easy reach.

The unit was quiet for the most part, especially in the early mornings, with nice views over the garden/pool from the balcony, comfortable beds, working kitchen, good WiFi, secure building, lifts and parking. Facilities including swimming pool, gym, communal terrace were nice and well maintained. Being in Vivacity Megamall area meant many dining and shopping options just downstairs. Attractions like the Sarawak Museum, Kuching Waterfront, Darul Hana Bridge are relatively close drives.

The location for this apartment was incredibly convenient, especially being directly above Vivacity Megamall where we could find everything from groceries and cafes to cinema and fashion stores and the unit was comfortable and modern with a fantastic city view.

Loved staying here thanks to the apartment’s homely vibe, clean bathroom and cozy bedroom. The access card worked smoothly, and the unit had everything from a rice cooker to laundry detergent. The pool was large and not too crowded, and we also visited nearby attractions like the Borneo Cultures Museum and the local food courts around Jalan Song.

Finding a parking spot during peak hours was a little challenging
