Jazz Suite Vivacity Kuching

We enjoyed a quiet and secure stay in this apartment with access to a well-equipped gym and swimming pool, and its proximity to Vivacity Megamall and Jalan Song offered plenty of dining and shopping choices

单元非常宽敞且干净。从我们高层的角落公寓里，城市的灯光显得亲密。美学现代而舒适。我们只出门一次，参观了古晋滨海，婆罗洲文化博物馆，大伯公庙，旧法庭，并享受了一趟沙捞越河的游船，所有的一切都在短暂的车程内。这栋建筑靠近Vivacity购物中心，非常方便在不同时段买食物。

这是一个非常宁静的空间，可以专心和放松。公寓干净整洁，光线好，环境安静。与Vivacity购物中心相连接，让我有无尽的餐饮选择，古晋滨水区、猫博物馆和砂拉越博物馆距离仅需一趟Grab打车。

Apartemen ini nyaman dn bersih, serta memiliki mal tepat di bawahnya yg sangat membantu. Vivacity Megamall memiliki segalanya dr Watsons, Uniqlo, Tealive, dn bahkan supermarket besar AEON. Ini juga hanya 10 - 15 menit berkendara dgn Grab ke Kuching Waterfront, Carpenter Street, dn Jembatan Darul Hana. Sangat nyaman. Tuan rumah sgt responsif dn memberikan instruksi check-in mandiri yg jelas.

Satu-satunya kekurangan adalah pintu masuk parkir, bisa sulit jika Anda dtg setelah jam buka mal.

The unit was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with a living area and kitchen. The host was helpful, responded quickly and provided clear check in instructions. Location is a standout feature. It's direct access above Vivacity Megamall with shops, dine-in restaurants, supermarket and even hardware and beauty stores right downstairs. From here, it’s just a short Grab ride to Kuching Waterfront, Carpenter Street, Main Bazaar, Fort Margherita and the Sarawak Museum.

The parking is a bit confusing

The apartment was clean, spacious and had modern furnishings. It’s conveniently located near the Kuching Waterfront, Sarawak Museum and plenty of great cafes. Host very responsive.

Căn hộ sạch sẽ không tì vết và có bếp được trang bị đầy đủ. Chỉ cần đi bộ một đoạn ngắn từ The Lido Mall và Chợ Buổi Sáng để mua thực phẩm tươi sống và đồ ăn đường phố. Để mua sắm và thưởng thức ẩm thực cao cấp hơn, Sky City Mall và Riverside Galleria chỉ cách đó một chuyến Grab.

Tốc độ Wifi hơi chậm vào buổi tối.

Great location! Being right above the shopping mall was super convenient. Easy access to food, groceries, and shops without even needing to go outside. The unit was clean and quiet despite the busy area.

Except the shower pressure, which was lower than expected. Still a good stay overall.

The stay was good, location is good, staff are friendly and helpful in assist all our needs.

There are washing machine provided but no dryer
