The property was near the center so it was easy to roam around. The room was clean with complete amenities.

Very close to city centre, clean, aircon can do hot and cold function. It is also quiet at night. Kim Chi was friendly and very responsive to assist if you have questions

As everyone mentions, the steep incline to go up to the property. The room I stayed in was windows all around too so most of the time I kept it closed for privacy. The toilet is also not fully enclosed so it might be awkward if you’re staying with friends

Everything was perfect

We booked the Deluxe double room with bath, and it was stunning. The view from the room was amazing. It was super spacious and had a large bathroom and bath tub with really hot water! The breakfast included was delicious as it was made to order! The staff were super helpful and friendly, especially Kim Chi! One thing to note if you are a sleeper affected by light, this may not be good for you. The blinds were definitely not blackout. We ended up using our sleeping masks and had no problems, but just to keep this in mind. One other thing to note is that it is up quite a large / steep hill, so if this is something that you may have an issue with this might not be great. Although Sapa is very hilly in general, so this was not an issue for us at all!

Everything! Staff was excellent. They even helped pack breakfast because our bus back to Hanoi was really early. Rooms were nice and comfortable

The living room was quite cold but the rooms are nice and warm

The location is great! The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast selection is poor and this place is also a cafeteria but does not provide any coffee for the guests at breakfast without charge. It was also very cold at the breafast and lobby and they did not light the fireplace and we were freezing by esting and when sitting at the lobby

The room was lovely and cosy and clean, best shower we’ve had out here with good pressure & hot water throughout our stay. Massive beds really comfy and a lovely breakfast included with gorgeous views. Only point lost is due to a massive hill you have to climb to get to it so may not be accessible for everyone, for us it wasn’t too much of an issue though.
