The room and the staff

The way up to the property is a bit too difficult to walk

The location is close to Sapa town which is very convenient. The view is fantastic, our room is facing the mountainous greenery. The staff is very helpful.

The slope leading to the resort and the stairs leading to the rooms are steep, not for the elderly or toddlers.

We had a great stay at the Sapa Chill Retreat House. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The staff are friendly and very accommodating.

Amazing room with a nice view. Very good price-value-ratio. Earlier check-in was available.

Breakfast could have been a little bit better with more options, but for the price still ok.

If you love nature but in the centre of the city i Highly recommend this stay.The staff Kim very very helpful,she will give you the best.everything you needed is better book from them,bus from hanoi-sapa-hanoi,fansipan ticket,any attraction,etc is much cheaper with them.too bad We didn’t know it earlier.we don’t have time for breakfast.we stay at level 2 and breakfast on top level 4. 2 days in sapa is not enough,esp when the weather very cold you can’t see anything,as they told us it’s better come in august.

The addres can’t find it for grab.must walk infront 20mtr to wait for the taxy.but the staff will help you.

All the staff are friendly. Room is spacious with high speed wifi. Less than 5 minutes walk to city center. Breakfast is awesome.

The rooms are big and clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Water refills at reception. Free breakfast is good. It's a nice environment and a great location, a few minutes walk to the centre of Sa Pa! Highly recommend.

The only tiny downside is the curtains are very thin and there's not a curtain over a small window by the sink in the room which just means it's bright in the room as soon as the sun comes up. But that's just a small detail and I can definitely recommend staying here!
