Jungle River Lodge

Honestly, it is worth to spend one or two days in here. The waterfall hike is worth it (easy on your own), the rafting is good, but the place... The place is magical! And the cooks are good.

Honestly, I think the vegan options should be a bit better given that you basically have to eat there. More care in a balanced plate, with protein (TVP, tofu, falafel, more amount of beans)... It's great to have options, and the food is tasty so on a normal restaurant it'd be good, but if you want to spend more than a day as a vegan it becomes slightly inadequate. But the place is still worth it!!

Great location on the river.

Room was basic and we thought the food quality/price ratio was better in other nearby places.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im alten Teil der Lodge, ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Jedoch sauber und man hört das Rauschen des Flusses was es sehr schön macht. Das River Rafting hat super viel Spass gemacht und das Personal ist freundlich.

Man ist sehr auf das Essen in der Lodge angewiesen, leider hat es immer extrem lange gedauert bis das Essen kam. Wir haben am Morgen jeweils Frühstück bestellt und mussten 1.5h warten.

This is my favourite place I’ve stayed through my whole trip, the location and views of the river and jungle are amazing, it feels like a friendly oasis to relax in away from the hustle and bustle, and nothing beats taking a dip in the natural granite rock pools while looking out at the views. Highly recommend!

I loved it all

The location is top tier. It sits right against a river and is peaceful. I visited in April and found no bugs or any other issues. I enjoyed laying on the giant river boulders and watching the stars with little light pollution. The food was excellent. I booked the river rafting with the lodge and they were flexible and a deal! Great place to stay for families or solo travelers and everything in between.

Location is fantastic !I really enjoyed my stay ! Beautiful people work at this lodge always smiling friendly and helpful! ! Cathy the owner she is very nice and it was nice chatting with her during my stay.. interesting woman !

Nothing not to like ! Place is absolute stunning! You won’t get better that tha !

Tolle Lage, in den Fluss vom Felsen springen direkt von der Anlage, Naturpools zum entspannen, schönes Rafting, sehr freundliche Besitzerin und Personal, gutes Essen, schöne Wanderungen im Dschungel.

Das Bier ist überteuert.
