Good location - close to a city center with easy transportation links, but at the same time a bit away from the big rush. Spacious and clean, not worn down. Has all the "small things" (detergent, shower gel, etc.), so you don't have to run to the nearest shop just after arrival

For a bigger company, a somewhat leaking shower may could become a bit irritating. For 2 people it was not a problem.
