Evelin's apartment

Everything was on its place when needed. The flat was warmed, that’s important since we traveled in October.

The only thing is that hair dryer wasn’t working (maybe I didn’t understand how to turn it on).

The apartment is big and the layout is great, with a central hallway (cum kitchenette) that leads into all the rooms. The location is good, it's quiet, beds are comfy so great for a night's rest. You can get to the city center and most of the tourist areas in 15 minutes by taking a bus or about 25-30 minutes on foot. It was very clean.

The apartment was initially designed with a lot of amenities that are no longer functional. The coffee machine is broken. Hair dryer in the bathroom is broken. Each room has a large TV but there's no cable or any subscriptions so the TVs are useless. There's an HDMI cable connected to the TV in the living room so you could in theory connect your own laptop to it, but the cable connector is also broken. Also, the windows in both bedrooms don't open so you can't let fresh air into the rooms in the morning, except through the living room.

The location was amazing, property was clean and bigger than expected, lovely bathroom and comfortable beds too.

We couldn’t find a broom or dustpan to clean the kitchen when we spilt crumbs etc. we used the hoover but a brush would always be useful.

The house was very clean. And had everything for a comfort stay. We really enjoyed staying in this house.

Just some minor issues like the small fan did not work in one of the bedrooms, which did not really matter to us and we did not even inform house owner for this problem.

Basically everything! Very nice host, it was easy to check-in with the given instructions. Apartment is super cosy, it has everything you might need during the stay - kitchen is fully equiped, bathroom is full of supplies. It is located on the 6th floor, but do not worry, there is an elevator in the building. Bedroom has blackout curtains, the neighborhood is quiet and has 2 thai massage venues nearby (especially good after 6 days of Sziget :)

The air conditioner is only in the main room, would be nice to have them in bedrooms instead. Although there are fans in each bedroom, so it was not hot during the night.
