No hot water or heating, TV didn't work, found it hard to get intouch with staff member and when we finally got a reply, wasn't helpful and nothing got fixed.
GBGBFriendly staff, complimentary tea, coffee and fresh milk available always. Clean room comfortable beds and nice fresh bedding and towels. Toiletries included too.
Water didn't heat up in shower even when on hottest setting.

GBGBGreat location. Perfect double room, kids had a separate area to sleep which they loved. Free cereal in the morning which the kids enjoyed. 5 min walk from the central pier.
The property next door needs cleaning up. Not the hotels fault but looks a mess.

Only saw staff on first day Never saw them again? Milk was off so had no ceral for child not very good. Rubbish on path
GBGood location good facilities ,bottle water coffee tea etc ,host was really pleasant and welcoming
Could do with a bit more of clean as skirting boards dusty especially in shower room,also moved the side bed unit and had sweets under it
