Choice Beach House

Was great. Very near the beach and also good to reach the city center in 5 minutes . The owner has also a restaurant and can send you very good and cheap kerala food. He is very helpful whatever problem you have. Thanks and see you again

The location was perfect. A short stroll to the beach. And on a quiet road in quiet neighborhood. The home cooked breakfast was delicious and nutritious. The entire staff was lovely— helpful and considerate. Excellent!!!

Everything was wonderful

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast in the morning was super good. The location was perfect if you're looking to spend time on the beach, and it's only a short rickshaw ride away from the main part of town. The room was clean and perfect for the 4 nights that we were there. For the price, I'd have a hard time believing that there would be something better to be found in the area, and I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a place in Kannur

The only small issue that we had was that the AC randomly stopped working for a few hours one day. It ended up working again on it's own so it really wasn't a big deal.

We liked the property very much because of its proximity to the payambalam beach, awesome food, great staff behaviour and cleanliness

Great stay at this modern guesthouse in a large, comfortable, and spotlessly clean ensuite room. The room also had a fan and good aircon, which was great due to the heat and humidity. Staff go out of their way to make you feel at home and nothing is too much trouble. Special mention to Sabana for her kindness and wonderful breakfasts! The house is well located about 5 minutes walk from the beach and about 15 minutes to the town. There are some nice cafés and restaurants nearby but you can also order delicious food to be delivered from the restaurant owned by the guesthouse. From beginning to end you are treated like an honoured guest, not just another tourist. Highly recommended.

WiFi was a bit up and down and the power cut out a couple of times during our stay but this was probably due to the street being recabled at the time so likely not an ongoing issue.

The coconut chutney at breakfast was amazing!! Really clean and modern room with en suite, the staff were very friendly and helpful - everything you could want. 5 min walk to the beach and only a 50rs Tuk Tuk away from the station.

The bedsheets had some stains on them, but that's all.
