Choice Beach House is a place where comfort meets real hospitality. Rooms are clean, well furnished with super comfy beds, but the most important you are welcomed with smile and attention. The openhearted owner is ready to help you with eveything you need. I asked if he could help me to see a theyyam performance, I got it the next day. I asked for transport to railway station in the morning, and the driver awaited me in front of the guest before time. This is also a place where a delicious Kerala style breakfast is cooked with heart for you every morning by a wonderful lady. This place was far more than I expected and I can only recomend it to everyone.

Nice Ambiente, familiar atmosphere, good Location. Especially outstanding was the good Service, which the whole team provided. If you have any struggle, the whole team, including the owner, will not hesitate to find a solution for you. 10/10, Would come back any time

Comfortable and quiet guesthouse with full, delicious breakfast. Very clean. About 10 minute walk to a popular but clean beach.

Because of the location of the beach it was a 10 minute walk but on a very busy street and through an intersection that could be difficult. No restaurants near by without walking to beach. Nearest convenience store was 10 minutes walk back towards town. About a 15-20 minute tuk tuk ride from train station and center of town

This guesthouse is nothing short of fabulous. In the best part of Kannur (close to everything but in a quiet area next to a beautiful beach), it's clean, modern and comfortable. But the best part are the staff - the lovely lady who cooked our breakfast and the owner who went above and beyond to help up us with everything we needed. He also own the lovely Choice restaurant in the town centre where we had a great lunch. Our only wish was to stay longer. Thank you!!

Ibrahim, the owner was so helpful and charming. The room is very clean and comfortable with excellent cooling, we slept very well there.The Kerala breakfast was very very good,and we also had a very good fish dinner in the Choice restaurant in Kannur. It was great value.
