What a gem of a place. The peace is amazing so close to Lincoln centre. Debbie the host couldn't have been more helpful. A lovely lady.. already planning a second visit

Warmly welcoming, Debbie was a lovely host and explained everything to us in detail and nice places to go/visit. The house was spotless and ever cosy and homely, the hot tub was amazing, the stay was everything we was looking for, beautiful place and beautiful views, would 100% recommend to anyone, Thankyou!!

Nothing bad to say about this at all, was spot on.

Lovely little holiday home in beautiful & peaceful surroundings. Thoughtful finishing touches and made very cosy. Debbie was a wonderful host greeting us on arrival, showing us round and giving lots of tips for places to visit.

Beautiful little collection of accommodation and quiet Loved the privacy and gardens Debbie is friendly and helpful obviously put her heart and soul into creating this retreat

Bed is not very comfortable , pillows need replacing asap and the loo roll needs to be better quality to match your standard and price point. We would rather have better quality basics than complimentary champagne. We loved the rustic exterior but for us too clinical on the inside that’s just our personal taste and not a criticism As it was fitted out to a lovely modern! standard apart from the bed and to us it’s all about a good nights sleep and unfortunately for us that wasn’t great. The little house is beautiful but needs a bit more thought put into the basic comforts

"VERY HAPPY"

The property was very clean, warm and comfortable. Debbie was more than helpful as was the other member of staff. My 3 little dog were very safe in the garden, which was a bonus. If we were ever needing somewhere to stay in the areas, it would be the first port of call.

Stunning property with safe rural location. Host was wonderful and couldn't do enough for us and our two companion dogs.
