Wow, what a beautiful setting and location. Debbie is the prefect host and she has created a beautiful holiday retreat next to the river. It’s so peaceful and quiet but actually only 1 mile to walk to the city . The little house we stayed in was so cute, perfect for a couple of nights. The ‘welcome gift’ of bubbly and tea,coffee milk and biscuits was so nice. We had a lovely (approx 30min) walk along the river to the pub and had a fabulous meal. We will certainly come back.

"Lovely stay - peaceful location and still close to the city"

Lovely idyllic location with stunning view. Grounds were immaculate. Debbie was a fab host, very helpful and friendly. Comfy bed. £12 Uber to Lincoln centre. Best of both worlds - relaxing and peaceful accommodation with the benefit of being 10 mins from the city. Would highly recommend!

Absolutley beautiful location, the little house was so cosy and snug, dog loved it. Host was very attentive and couldn’t go out her way enough. Cannot wait to try the retreats cottage with hot tub. Really enjoyed our stay we will be back.

Didn’t want to leave.

Limited cooking facilities. Only microwave, toaster and kettle.
