Breakfast is excellent, it is very enjoyable with all kinds of delicious food. Stuff services are professional , caring, and considerate. seating area is very comfortable. Interior design of the restaurant is great!

Sometimes few dishes are too salty to me, but it is very personal. Deserts options could be more.

"Winter wonderland."

Breakfast was excellent- wide range of choices. Really liked the eggs Benedict. Room had a fantastic view of the ski runs…. Felt it was like a slice of a magical winter wonderland! We really liked our stay. It exceeded our expectations.

Lack of dining options in the area, besides the two main hotels. Free HANAZONO bus into Hirafu was good, but had to plan visit carefully .

夕食のビュッフェの内容がかなり微妙でした。種類が少な過ぎる上、子供が食べられるものが更に少ない。中国人団体が早い時間に入っていて、なくなってしまった？

Amazing new property. Literally right next to the lift. With lockers, onsen and gym. Amazing view. Much better than Hirafu area in terms of people and traffic. It’s quieter, still busy at time but the facilities are all new. Buffet great. Rental shop next to hotel as well.
