Everything. Clean, new, modern hotel with all the facilities you need for a ski holiday. We had a great stay.

The wifi connection struggled with the Chromecast to the TV. But that's a very minor critique.

"Great hotel with best view but slow elevator during high season"

Location for ski is perfect, secluded, feeling very private with great view from the room facing ski slope. In December, you can see Christmas tree and enjoy fireworks on new year’s eve from the room. For sure i would like to return

Since i stayed during high season, the hotel was fully booked, but the hotel’s elevators cannot handle too many guests. They were very slow, sometimes i waited for almost 5-7 minutes to wait the elevator door to open

Wow. Location and ambiance was absolutely amazing. We are already planning our trip back. The hotel front lobby was very welcoming and understanding of our late arrival. The room itself had a perfect view of the mountain. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities and toiletries we needed. The facilities were also very clean and comfortable. The only downside is that Kutchan is a shuttle ride away from the resort, so dining options are limited. Other than that, we are so pleased with our stay!

Nothing! We wish we could stay longer.
