Flair Towers STUDIO ROOMS Staycation

I only like the location, but everything else is very disappointing.

⚠️ TOTAL SCAM – NEVER STAY HERE!!! ⚠️ Rating: 1/10 ⭐ This is honestly the WORST staycation experience I’ve ever had. I am beyond angry and disappointed — and I’m writing this to WARN everyone before you even think of booking this horrible place! First of all, the place itself is horrible — dirty, disgusting, and crawling with cockroaches. Naomi, who was clearly aware of the problem, even tried to cover it up by killing some of those critters right in front of us when we checked in. That was already a huge red flag and made the stay feel unsafe and unhygienic. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the property is full of hidden charges that they don’t disclose upfront. We were shocked to find out that we had to pay ₱250 PER HEAD PER DAY just for electricity and water bills. For only 2 nights, that’s an outrageous ₱1,000 EXTRA, separate from the room charge. It felt like we were being scammed right to our faces. On top of that, they demanded ₱300 for a key deposit. By the time we checked out, I was supposed to get ₱150 back, but they never returned it and never even bothered to contact me about my refund. This is nothing but dishonesty and complete disrespect toward their customers. Instead of a relaxing stay, it turned into a stressful, dirty, frustrating, and infuriating experience. I left feeling robbed, cheated, and absolutely disgusted. ⚠️ NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE!!! It’s filthy, full of hidden charges, and run by people who clearly don’t care about guests. Spare yourself the anger, the cockroaches, and the scam-like treatment.

Cheap Hotel , Room was not clean, cupboards were filthy, Cockroaches everywhere, Bathroom was not cleaned!! No knifes or kitchen utensils to cook and eat with !!!

Sadly, the pictures in their description are not all true plus there are a lot of hidden fees. I thought all the amenities were included but there are still fees. We expected to enjoy ourselves but the worst case scenario happened.There are cockroaches everywhere and super not recommended. Even the aforementioned T.V with Netflix is not true, you have to have your own account to watch movies which is not unexpected.We were planning to just make up for it there, but it turned out that wasn't the case either. We ended up having many disappointments. Overall, this place is not recommended at all, always check the reviews before clicking that reservation button:)

There is nothing I like in this accommodation. First, the owner whom I transacted online for payment has a mobile phone which is not always available and cannot be contacted. The unit was so problematic but I got no solution. He collected for utility fees, obviously hidden charge, but TV and washing machine is not functional. I told them to fix it but it was not done. The bed linens were not washed. The bath towels are as size of foot towels and not newly washed. The rice cooker was not readily available and there was repeated request for it. The cabinets where kitchen wares and utensils were stored has eggs of cockroaches. There was no provision of complimentary bottle of water and tissue paper nor for comfort room consumables. The staff was disrespectful, when repeatedly called due to non-compliance to deliver the missing service or item, he would drop off the phone. I do not understand why they will charge for utility fee when it is already embedded in the total amount collected when booked. My family and I frequently have staycation, and I do not have experience that we will be have additional charges on-site. The plates provided were like used in the construction site where it was like used as chopping board with marks on it. Other plates given were so small. Glasses on the cabinets when picked have eggs of cockroaches. I really regret that I booked in this property. The owner is just after to collect money and nothing good goes to the renter. What devastated me most was the mobile number he gave online for contact was NEVER contacted. It was not available and not attended. I shared this experience to a friend and she said, she has similar experience with the same name owner. It was never worth the money I paid.

We were late checked in, arrived at the property around 2 AM. The worst part was there are hidden charges i.e. ( late check in 150 PHP, utility fees 150 each and we are five guests and it was down to 100 PHP, lastly 300 PHP refundable in case there are damages in the room after we use it) lastly I will not recommend this place because aside from the payment I paid in the booking.com there are still hidden charges I paid when we arrived at the flat. 2nd I tried to ask the number of the flat owner from his caretaker but they refused to give it to me, 3rd the caretaker instead used his phone to call the owner, when the owner answered the call the care taker click the loudspeaker without informing the owner then owner was asking why the guests want to speak with him? While the reason why he has a caretaker was to make them speak to the guests on his behalf but I toom the phone and speak with him why there are hidden charges and the worst part he could even explain for what is the late check in fee and utility charges. The owner even have the guts to cut off the call during my other questions. Like what the hell? My parents are both old as well as my aunty with us including my fiancée. This is really the worst flat I’ve ever been. And we want the booking.com to know so you could do something and delete this guy’s account. We even ask the caretaker if we are not the only one who complained? And he confidently confirmed that we are not the only ones who complained. And we even raised it to the building’s management. There are cockroaches everywhere even in the sink, toilet and shower area. The room also smells bad like they put a lot of pesticides. We can tell even in the outside of the main door of the flat.
