1. I was not properly informed that I will be TRANSFERRED from Flair Tower to BSA twin tower, all he said on his message is PROCEED to BSA Twin tower ( PROCEED and TRANSFER are 2 different things). This listing can be false advertising 2. I was charged for Late check in even though I added on the booking form here that I will be arriving around 10pm-11pm 3. When you enter the room, it has this funky smell like an old room that no one uses 4. Place has a lot of cockroaches even the sink, microwave, refrigerator even near the bed have them. I had to buy cotton balls to place in my ears when I sleep in fear that small cockroaches might go inside. 5. No heater in the shower.

THE ROOM IS NOT AT FLAIR TOWER. It is 30min from here. I spent more than an hour trying to get the keys, standing in the reception at Flair Towers, paid for a taxi, walked in the rain, only to find out the room is in another part of the city??!!! I gave the key back and stayed somewhere else because I didn’t feel safe going into buildings I don’t know alone.

I like Flair Towers and we booked this specifically because it is called ‘Flair Towers Staycation’ and as we used to live there we wanted to be there to visit some old friends. The unit we were placed in was not Flair Towers but an older condominium next to Megamall. Which is fine if you want to shop, but irrelevant if not.

It isn’t the property advertised. It’s in an old condo. There wasn’t a toilet seat. Shower was mouldy and cold. We were asked for 600PHP cash for utility fees and deposit. Neither of which have been returned.

In the first place I booked a different room from what I expected. The place and especially the bathroom was dirty it wasn't clean at all. I had to clean it myself. I'm so disappointed. Plus, the host didn't inform me well with the rules, they told me I had to pay for a 150 fee + 300 pesos deposit which I haven't received it back yet it's been almost a week. NEVER AGAIN.
