Absolutely brilliant location our room was lovely, welcoming and spotless. Libby couldn't be more helpful and obliging we had everything we needed and more The location was absolutely idyllic and perfect for a few quiet night away. Our breakfast was to die for I really couldn't recommend Libby any higher and we will definitely be returning.

Nothing negative , I'm sure some people could find a negative, I know the village where our stay was based could only be found via some very narrow roads but it's a very rural location so that's to be expected.

Libby was amazing!! Nothing was too much trouble. Made you feel welcome the moment you arrived. Accommodation was Immaculately clean. Evening meal and breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Everything is perfect. Libby is a great host. Her breakfast was superb and her place is spotless. 100% we would return.

In an excellent location, quiet but very convenient for the A170. Well presented double guest room with beautiful shower room. All the amenities you need for a short stay and easy access for the less mobile. Fabulous restaurant standard cooking, don’t miss the opportunity to book an evening meal in advance of your arrival. On a hot evening Libby supplied us with cool drinks and we were able to enjoy our meal in the garden. Libby grows her own fruit and vegetables and sources other ingredients locally. Breakfast was superb with quality ingredients and homemade preserves. Libby is a real character, warm and engaging. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended, we will return!

Everything was excellent!

The location was outstanding for our needs - in a nice quiet rural spot but near to the bike trails at Dalby Forest and Sutton Bank. Libby was extremely welcoming despite our bedraggled appearance, and the stay was outstanding (bed comfortable, breakfast delicious).

Nothing. The nearest pub was closed and so we had to travel slightly further for dinner, but there were many excellent options in Pickering.

Libby is a total legend! The room is spotlessly clean, breakfast is plentiful and excellent quality. Location for us was perfect for us. I cannot emphasise how much of a difference Libby made to our stay and there is zero doubt that we shall return. Thank you so much Libby......decent Sherbet Lemons for you when we return!! 👍

The weather, but it is what it is. Other than that, nothing.

Libby the hostess was very welcoming and friendly. The room was bright and airy with a beautiful view across the countryside. The breakfast was delicious and Libby could not have been more accommodating with the choice of food.We would thoroughly recommend staying there and wished we had been staying longer.
