The location of the property was amazing! Libby was so attentive and very welcoming. Breakfast was lovely and we will definitely be back soon.

It’s attached to owners house but have lots of privacy. Spotless and in peaceful rural location.

Breakfast was basically whatever we wanted - including porridge for me. The location is in a tiny village with few facilities but very nice if you're looking to be 'away from the madding crowd'

Great welcome from Libby. We appreciated the clear instructions sent before arrival to make finding the property easy. Quiet location with walks straight out the door. We were in the area for a family wedding but it would be a great base for seeing the area and walkers or cyclists would find plenty of routes. The room was comfortable and it worked well having breakfast served by Libby in the room. I especially appreciated the magnifying mirror in the bathroom! Thr breakfast was great with plenty of choice and there were facilities to make hot drinks in the room at other times. We liked the entrance hallway being for sole use of guests. That was unexpected but meant coming and going quite late both days didn't feel like we were disturbing our hosts. Definitely to be recommended.

A very minor thing , if a way round could be found then a slightly larger shelf in the bathroom to put toiletries, tooth cleaning kit on etc would be useful.

Libby is the perfect host. Fantastic breakfast included, and evening meal if you pre book it. Excellent location for visiting Yorkshire and the North Yorkshire Moors Railway. Thank you 😊 I would definitely revisit Brian

Libby really has thought of everything in terms both of comfort and equipment in the room, and a superb breakfast. She looked after us incredibly well and I would have no hesitation in booking again.
