The property was excellent, very neat, tidy and clean.

The instructions to locate the property were confusing. If they included landmarks such as first right after roundabout, sign at corner saying Seventh Day Adventist church in yellow, Car park or even Cinema would have helped. We arrived in the dark and our satnav took us to the High St No 10 but that was not the entrance. We also looked for a locked gate but the gate was open. It would be helpful to mention about poor lighting if arriving at night. We also expected the key box to be beside the door not beside another door. In summary more landmarks for parking, and clearer instructions for arriving in the dark please.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage in Cornwall. Als Basislager sehr zu empfehlen. Alles in Bodmin gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplatz inclusive.

Das Schlafzimmer zur Fore Street/Hauptstraße bei geöffneten Fenster nachts schon mal laut. Hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Excellent central location for our needs, less than 1/2 hour drive to visit both north and south coasts of Cornwall. Apartment was clean and tidy with loads of space, big bedrooms, all very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need

A bit noise from the high street, understandable and nothing after midnight. Alleyway leading to the apartment could do with some tidying and rubbish clearance, however I presume this is down to the local council not the apartment owner

The location in the centre of Bodmin is ideal. It is close to local shops, pubs and restaurants.

Very noisy at night with cars and motor bikes, but particularly young people shrieking and smoking weed. The street smelled strongly of the stuff. Some kitchen utensils for cooking were broken. One towel per person for a 5 night stay was inadequate.

"Lovely apartment with some drawbacks"

The apartment was very spacious and clean. Location worked really well for us. Beds were comfortable & reclining lounge was great for relaxing. Bathroom was large and well appointed with mirrors.

Whilst there was parking allocated for the property it was quite difficult to get from there to the apartment with heavy suitcases. Lots of steps and uneven paving. Upon entry to the main stairwell we were met by a really bad smell coming from what seemed to be the communal bin right inside the door. Thankfully it did not extend upstairs to the apartment. Street noise at night was also an issue, even with all the windows closed.
