Nice size and spacious, mostly clean. Owner mostly good with communication and sorting out issues.

We couldn’t get into the property at first as the keys in the box weren’t working. Owner contacted and apologised as they just had a new set cut because previous renters disappeared leaving all of their stuff behind and taking the keys with them. A cleaner came to the building and gave us her keys and these worked, we were worried about the previous tenants coming back and taking our stuff however we were going to our friends wedding and couldn’t book anywhere else so didn’t feel we had a choice but to stay here. When coming into the property there was a strong smell of cannabis, this was particularly strong in the main bedroom, the window in this room seemed to be jammed but we opened all of the other windows and this seemed to help. Owner was apologetic about this also, I don’t think these issues were his fault however maybe instead of having a new key cut a locksmith could’ve changed the locks before our stay and the cleaner should’ve noticed the cannabis smell.

FLAT HAS A REALLY GOOD LOCATION-ON THE MAIN STREET OF THE BODMIN. INSIDE WAS ALL NEEDED STUFF. BIG FLAT. CLEAN. IT WAS REALLY EASY TO FIND IT.

Everything! the apartment was spacious, practical and comfortable. It's in the middle of the town so easy access to everything you would need and want. The beds are very comfortable, the apartment is very well equipped, the shower is brilliant and the fridge is cold! I would definately book again!

The whole apartment was smelling of food. It needs to be aired out. Apartment lock is dodgy and it needs a bit of fidgeting to open. Owner knows about this and instructed how to operate the keys. Recommend owner to change the lock.

The flat was very clean and comfortable. The instructions on arrival were clear and comprehensive. The free parking was appreciated.

For me the traffic noise was very intrusive, especially at the front of the building. It may not be an issue if that's what you're used to.

We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the apartment it was very spacious, the beds were so comfortable and had everything we needed, it’s situated in the middle of town and walking distance to everything, the only minor downside of the flat was the smell of curry when we walked in but soon disappeared, we would deffo rent again really happy

The apartment was centrally located which was perfect for our needs. Communication around the check in process was clear and it very useful to have a parking space next to the apartment. The apartment was spacious, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
