The lady at the reception was calm and all....BUT!

I phoned before we got there to confirm if the pool was working and the owner said yes only to get there and find a dirty pool outside just infront of the reception area😭😭 We had to cancel the stay cause it didn't cater for our needs at the time and the they was no refund as well... Transport money gone👎💔

Location was good. Not far from the conference venue I was attending. Unfortunately, that was the only good thing!

Accessing the property from the gate was a nightmare as the intercom was not working. Calling the number of the property was met with a WhatsApp message that the manager can or will only respond to WhatsApp messages - strictly no calls! The property was not like the pictures on website. Pool dirty with no water (out of service), rooms are like boarding rooms not bnb rooms. Outdated bed and TV with Open View decoder. Cold shower no hot water.
