Nothing at all

Nothing there was clean , everything was leaking there, they was also a very bad smell on the sheets and the whole room , towels were not washed … everything wrong you can ever think of was there.

I didn't even check in because the place was so dirty, inhabitable. No one should book that place, and the booking.com has given them leverage to Rob customers as they are allowed to be non-refundable, I have lost R2400 and they are refusing to refund me whereas the facility is inhabitable .

"You won't see us there again"

It is winter but there was no heater or Aircon to accommodate the weather.Instead of compensating for no having heaters,they did not have extra blankets upon request
