They switched off the geyser, I had to use cold water in the morning . The door lock was damaged

Nothing. It was bad

The bed was too hard. Not hot water, no air conditioning. Windows doesn’t close properly. There was noise at night

They allowed me to book because there was a room available. After 2hours when I was going there, they called and said they want to refund me.. they only refunded me 27hours after. Very unprofessional
