During checkout they said that one bath mat is missing and took me back to the room to show where the other bath mat is. I had not paid attention to the presence of just one bath mat from the beginning because no one pays attention to these things. I stayed 3 nights yet they had me open up my bags to search for the bath mat. Being a reputed hotel this is the last I would have expected from the staff
