Good location with easy connectivity to the city centre. Infrastructure and interior of the hotel is modern and sophisticated. Room size is adequate and offers comfort and all facilities like setting room temperature, tv setup, room services. Bathroom are great size specially for the family rooms. Hotel offers car valet parking service which is a plus. Thank you

I felt ID checks at check in time were bit excessive. I had to provide not only passport but other form of ids for each person including children of toddler range. It's great from safety and all but seems excessive and unnecessary for a family who wanted seemless check-in.

Ambiance

Hotel is well constructed & has generously sized room & bathroom which are clean & well maintained. It doesn't appears to be a very old construction. Staff in the restaurant is polite & willing to help.

Staff at front office should be trained professionally - they need to be polite & efficient. It appears that as per the hotel policy, they shall issue only 1 key (card) per room. They have an access controlled glass door before you reach your room. Hence it is very inconvenient if there are 2 guests in a room - they cannot move independently. Check ins / outs are slow. Breakfast spread & taste could be much better.
