La struttura era perfetta! C’era tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno e anche di più, struttura molto curata e ho amato l’attenzione a tutti i dettagli! Appartamento ottimo per 4 persone, molto funzionale negli spazi e posizione centralissima! Vicina a tutti i servizi necessari e anche ai luoghi di interesse nel centro città, tutto a 5 minuti a piedi! L’accoglienza con Silvia e suo marito è stata fantastica, sono stati molto gentili e disponibili duramente tutto il nostro soggiorno, consigliandoci anche luoghi da visitare e ristoranti. Quando tornerò a Ravenna soggiornerò sicuramente di nuovo da loro!

One of the best apartments I’ve ever had. It is so central and spotlessly clean. The layout is quite interesting with an entry at street level. Upstairs you’ll find a kitchen where you can find everything you could possibly need and a sofa (or bed if needed). At the upper floor you find a spacious bedroom with a balcony and a well equipped bathroom. As it can get a bit noisy till 11pm we had the children sleeping upstairs and we took the sofa bed. We’ve seen quite a bit of Ravenna and la pigna bizantina was the best base you could wish for. The host Silvia is so lovely and accommodating that we would love to visit Ravenna and la pigna bizantina again.

Nothing. Some reviews mention a smell but in my experience that is normal in most European cities, especially when there are weather changes. There is not a single thing I would change or something I would have missed.

Er was een goede keuken, er was genoeg ruimte in de woning en het heeft een centrale locatie. Ook was het personeel erg vriendelijk.

De woonkamer was rumoerig en warm, omdat de voordeur niet zo isolerend was.

Die Lage ist top, die Ansprechpartnerin hat uns einen kostenlosen Parkplatz empfohlen, 800 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt.

Die Unterkunft ist im Hochsommer sehr warm, da die Klimaanlage lange Zeit benötigt, um die Räume runter zu kühlen. Das ist insbesondere abends ein Problem, da es nur eine Schlüsselkarte gibt, d.h. man kann die KA erst anmachen, wenn man nach Hause kommt. Sehr unangenehme Gerüche gibt es im Badezimmer (Kanalisation!?).

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. The host was lovely and even picked us up from the train station - so helpful.

The place was beautiful and spacious with three levels. It was walking distance to all downtown sites. Many restaurants nearby and much to do. Silvia's husband actually picked us up from the train station an hour because we missed a connecting train. He had many restaurant suggestions for us.
