Great place and great hosts. The appartment is located in the center, close to everywhere and good stopever while discovering the city. It provides all comfort to feel like at home, with small details such as welcome biscuits, decorations and umbrellas for rainy days.

Very spacious rooms, biggest shower we've had in Italy. Very well equipped kitchen, everything you could want, including a full frig/freezer. It was pouring when we arrived at the station, and the lovely landlady had kindly offered to pick us up.. They also collected us and dropped us back at the station after our stay. Doesn't get better than that, really nice people. Lots of cafes and supermarkets nearby too.

Everything was excellent.

The property was in the absolute perfect location. Located right in the centre of the city centre. Surrounded by shops & restaurants. The owners of the property went above & beyond after we missed our train due to Air travel delays. Picking us up for a VERY reasonable price in Venice! The appointment was clean and had everything you’d need. The owners were very helpful in answering any questions we had and providing suggestions of the must see sites. Would highly recommend!!!

As an international student, I am very grateful for the warm and thoughtful hospitality from Silvia and Simone! The apartment's location is just superb, right in the city centre, convenient to go everywhere on foot! I am very happy that I chose la pigna bizantina as my first residence in Italy. A SWEET experience~
