Staff all friendly and helpful Tony the guide was very good. Rooms were big and had comfortable beds. Wifi in rooms would of been a plus

I recently booked La Pandora cruise in Ha Long Bay, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the stunning views of the bay to the comfortable accommodations, everything was top-notch. But what truly made the trip stand out was our amazing tour guide, Peter. Peter was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture of Ha Long Bay but also had a great sense of humor that made the entire journey so much more enjoyable. He was always available to help with anything we needed, whether it was answering questions, giving us local tips, or making sure we were comfortable throughout the tour. His enthusiasm and passion for the area were contagious, and he made the whole experience even more memorable. I highly recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay, and if you're lucky enough to have Peter as your guide, you're in for a fantastic time!

Being with my family was fun and we made the best of it but it’s not a good choice.

There are several boats in the bay, this one was the worst and the oldest. Pandora might have several boats so look out for a newer one. We did not even have a balcony. The rooms were not clean and quite old. Rest of boat was clean even though old. Some members of staff were very nice but not all.

Great trip. Especially tour guide Cody was super fun.

Day one was pretty good despite the weather. Staff were all friendly and welcoming

Day two was not worth it at all. They shouldn't sell this part of the tour - shocking itinerary with no adaptability for the rain. Spent an entire day sitting inside a ferry with nothing to do. Kinda ruined the whole thing.

It was great. All the transfers and arrangements were great. Before I came here, I had a lot of email communication with us and everything went smoothly. In particular, the tour guide, Peter, was very caring and considerate to each of us.

The cruise is very much worth for the price you pay. There were activities like cooking class, sunset party, kakyaking, swimming etc so the time was spent quickly. The views are great. The staff is very helpful.

The place is a little old.
