Not many tourist and hence was not crowded

Staff not very professional

Swimming in the bay was the highlight! We loved Cody's energy, he was really friendly and had a caring attitude

AC was not cold enough in the rooms

Our family ( couples in 50’s and 20’s) thought the cruise a Vietnam trip highlight. The staff, particularly guides and restraunt manager, excellent, but good leaders make good staff. Everyone bent over backwards to help. Food excellent. Drinks a little expensive, but the cruise itself excellent value. Includes comfortable bus transfer from Hanoi, and return. And activities. We did the 2 nights and would highly recommend. You can relax on the boat if you don’t want to participate in activities. All ages will enjoy this tour. Being a smaller boat with less passengers it was easy to mix with other passengers, if you want.Anna

Victor was really helpful and funny. The tour was interesting with activities to do. The cruise was clean and food was yummy

Nice, family sized boat with very friendly crew. Comfortable beds and clean facilities. Nice range of activities, including kayaking, swimming, squid fishing, karaoke, and visit to the dark/light cave. Has usb plugs quite close to the bed and offers pick up and drop off from the Hanoi old quarter, which is quite convenient. Very enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide and smooth bus driver.

Could use with some additional vegetarian options in the dinner buffet. Also, the stops on the bus transfers felt a bit commercial.

The cruise was great fun and great value! Cody was a great guide and took good care of us. Cheerful friendly and handsome.
