Great boat for the price. Whole family had fun.

Poor WIFI, but to be honest, with beautiful location, you dont want to use WIFI.

We booked a 2D1N trip with La Pandora Cruises and Hung/Kevin was our tour guide. Everything was well-organised - he contacted us via Whatsapp a day before to arrange a pick up time and all the activities went smoothly (and on time!) as planned. Activities included kayaking, swimming, spring roll cooking class, squid fishing, karaoke, bamboo boat ride to caves. The views of Lan Ha Bay were great (and the waters were generally clean although we saw some trash floating around) and we had a very relaxing time on the boat. The crew on the boat were very helpful and provided great service. Special shoutout to our waitress Hong who always greeted us with a smile! They were accommodating for guests with different dietary needs and for elderly guests who cannot kayak/swim too. We would definitely recommend this.

Beautiful views and comfortable cabins.

Only single use disposable water bottles. It's time to change this. We saw so much trash floating by, the whole industry needs to improve. Strongly recommend that they have a filtered water dispenser for travelers to use with their glasses or their refillable bottles.

The whole cruise is clean and activities are well-organised. Staff are friendly and helpful. Andy, our guide, is exceptional. The Manager of the cruise is also very helpful. The atmosphere is pleasant.

The food is quite disappointing and food service is very slow. When I give the feedback in the form as they requested, manager was very insistent on knowing and pressed for answers in front of other guests. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work but the staff were kind enough to let me use their data as I have urgent work matter to settle. my room is next to the restaurant so it’s quite noisy.
