Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Es war leider laut wegen der Baustelle. Dafür konnte das Hotel leider nichts

La struttura di per sé, elegante e curata. Personale in generale attento e pronto ad aiutare. Ben 4 ascensori visto che il palazzo è enorme. Ho molto apprezzato la mail in cui si avvisava i lavori nei cantieri vicino all’hotel.

8 sdraio e 2 sedie sono davvero pochissime nell’area piscina. Stranamente non c era, o non lo abbiamo visto, un posto dove depositare gli asciugami dopo il loro utilizzo. Alcuni guest lasciavano gli asciugamani sullo sdraio anche dopo essersene andati, quindi lo sdraio veniva occupato inutilmente. La colazione è stata un po deludente, ma solo perché non essendo asiatici le opzioni erano veramente scarse, altrimenti il buffet sarebbe davvero ricco. Qualche difficoltà a volte a comunicare in inglese con la reception c è stata. Lenzuola avevano un buchetto e anche la tenda, ma comunque non ci è interessato.

It was a great stay. Trang and her team looked after us really well. The pool is also breathtaking.

Rooms was really nice, quite an industrial feel. Room was very clean, buffet breakfast was great and staff were lovely. Location was perfect, across the road from My Kye beach. Rooftop pool was amazing and the rooftop bar. E

Hotel is well placed for the beach ⛱️. Roof top pool is very nice

Balcony have many plants grown on them which are great, but could do with trimming back to allow better view. Lot's of construction going on in the area so at times can be loud.

Location was great directly opposite the beach. Our ocean view room has seeping views across the water. The room was well fitted with excellent shower but bathroom a little on small side. The rooftop was beautiful with reasonable drinks prices and great cocktails. Rooftop infinity pool was small but not too busy and offered amazing views over Danang from the mountains to the sea and across the city.

Had to travel a little further south to get to most the the better equipped beach bars and restaurants - not a huge issue as great walk friendly path along the beachfront but a good 20 minute walk or short 5 minute grab ride.

The room and bed was very comfortable. We could sleep peacefully.

The staff were not very welcoming
