"Perfect winter stay for Nozawa"

Fantastic stay. Room was clean and pleasant with all the necessary fittings. Taiki and the whole team were very meticulous in ensuring the place was kept up to standard. Everyone was friendly and ensured transportation was available too. The basic foods provided in the kitchen was amazing hospitality as well, all was great.

Loved the place that I have nothing to complain about now

Really epic spot!. Super comfortable beds. Lovely and helpful staff. Amazingly clean and tidy and well kept. Really well stocked breakfast items. Would 100% stay there again.

The staff, rooms, facilities were incredible. The rooms were comfy and we had a stunning view of the mountains. The breakfast ingredients were also more than enough to fuel us up for big days. Couldn’t recommend Snow Palace and the team enough. Thank you!

"Love Snow Palace would highly recommend and will go back if possible."

Second year of stay and with seasonal staff would still rate as a 10plus stay. Staff and owners continually ask if they can be of assistance. All very accommodating and friendly. Rooms and overall cleanliness exceptional. Appreciated the great selection of self serve breakfast available each day. A great place to relax and enjoy the views in the wonderful Nozawa Onsen. Highly recommend.
