Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much bother. Clean as a whistle, great brekki provided, lift up the mountain every day. Honestly 10/10!!

Great common spaces and the biggest dry room I've seen. Staff were friendly and welcoming and always willing to shuttle you up to the lift or into town.

"Amazing Staff! Comfortable Stay!"

The staff were all super friendly and go out of their way to make sure we were accomodated and offered help at times none was needed.

The location is a bit out of the main area which is not a huge issue since the town is small and they offer free shuttles anywhere in town + the ski lifts. The bus stations are also nearby. The showers are shared, seperated by gender so not for any shy travelers.

"Love Snow palace and Nozawa."

The place was bright and modern, had a lovely feel. The drying room was huge. Kitchen and lounge were a great space to relax. The staff are amazing- lots of backpackers working here who are friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Getting home after skiing. The hotel drop you to the gondola but to get home you need to use the free town shuttle. It’s fine but it only comes every 20 mins which can seem long at the end of a cold day.

The English staff who worked at the Snow Palace were fantastic. From Leo who greeted us off the bus to Sam and Zac who were always there to assist in any way, so, so friendly. They accommodated all our requests and were extremely helpful in making our stay effortless. The Snow Palace is a fantastic place to stay in Nozawa Onsen. From the awesome staff, yummy breakfast, awesome pillows, comfy beds, drops offs to wherever. I would highly recommend it. WA Family from Karratha
