The beds were comfortable, it was exactly what it says on the tin, and the father and son were really polite and helpful.

The bathroom was dirty, however it wasn’t unusable

No lights in upstairs hallway, might have been there, but we didn't exactly look for a switch

Room (single) was very cold particularly at night, radiator didn't work, heater did, but can't leave that on all night

Stayed in room 2 the king size , nice view of the street and free parking when available, the location and friendliness of guesthouse owner , had a good chat as I stayed for 3 nights , looking forward to next visit in January or maybe before, good prices aswell for the room I was in

location was good near to shops and the sea front, takeaways and Tesco staff very helpful and informative very nice people to talk to let us use there kitchen to eat our takeaways by use of there plates and cutlery.

The lights in the hall way from the room leading to the stairs was not working and the telly in the room didn't have a HDMI socket so couldn't use my fire stick to watch football or my favourite films and as for the light in the hall way not working that is very dangerous as you can't see the top step only the emergency lighting was working but it was so dim it didn't light up the hallway enough to see the top stair
