Owners are friendly. And very kind. Always asking if I want my bed sheets changed or my towels washed.

The bed was very clean and the mattress was very clean. The room was clean and the toilet. And bathroom. Was Clean Not enough toilet paper but plenty of coffee and tea and milk I thought. It was good for the price. Done well. To say it's just father and son. They were Friendly and polite. Very helpful towels were clean and neatly done

a few niggly things that could be corrected cleaning pipes near the sink but the toilet was very clean and the skirting board needed wiping down a bit but apart from that it was clean and it was good for the price 20 pound a night and good location and they were very helpful nice small family business I think they did quite well this is expected in a busy hotel with just two people there were more friendly than the other hotel that my friends stay in hotel which was up market weird enough

The location close to seafront and places I like to visit, this guest house is very nice clean and comfortable bed aswell ,very quiet and guests come and go quietly, owner is a very nice friendly guy aswell.

We Have been going Blackpool for years, This was a great stay better than all our stays yet. The Family looked after us well and accommodated all our needs. The Price was unbeatable. Recommended *****

If I had to nit pick its Just having to share a bathroom. But this did not become a problem.
