Breakfast and Location ok. Staff were nice and friendly, though poor at service. Nothing more. Overall bad experience.

There was music pumping out both nights and it was difficult to sleep as the acoustic standards of the building are extremely poor. The aircon was difficult to use and keep going off. The phone to reception did not work and we kept having to go downstairs to reception with problems. There were not enough towels in the room and those provided poor quality. We requested more towels and toilet paper. It did not come, so we had to go downstairs to remind them.

While the focus of my stay was the welcoming atmosphere, it's worth mentioning that the hotel also offered comfortable accommodations and essential amenities. The central location made it convenient to explore the city, and the overall value for the price was great.

The property definitely needs maintenance. Bathroom was prepared fro 1 person (although we booked double). No utilities. House-keeping reacted quickly and provided required stuff. The location is very central but overcrowded and noisy. They say to have their own beach. There were sunbeds but no towels or staff @the beach.

The location was brilliant everything was ready when we arrived the staff were helpful and polite.

I expected more from a Hilton I didn’t want paper cups in the room. A coffee machine at breakfast. Pancakes at breakfast. Pool could be a little more cleaner.

Very clean, comfortable, very good food at the restaurant, breakfast was ok, good location, very nice pool. The staff was very friendly and always happy to help in any matter.
