The best hotel in the area to stay at if going to do Gallipoli everything else is very very basic and you would only go to Gelibolu to be close to Gallipoli

excellent, friendly and accomodating staff. the receptionists were also very helpful and friendly.

Good location. Lovely walk along the front into the old town of Gelibolu. Spacious and comfortable room. Good modern bathroom. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Good parking. Good lifts!

Throughout our three night stay, the hotel was very busy and, although the buffet breakfast was excellent, the dining room was too small for the numbers which led to a very busy, noisy and rushed experience - not what we're looking for first thing in the morning...

The view to the sea and the location were great

We didn't like the breakfast, we didn't find it fresh. The beds were very small and uncomfortable. The towels and sheets were old and not in good condition. They gave us only 2 towels for the 3 of us and no towel for the hair. There were no shelves to leave our clothes, only 3 hangers, so it was hard to accommodate. The quantity of workers was probably low because they replied to messages and requests too late. For example, they knew that we would come with a baby, but because they didn't have any crib for her, they made a sofa bed by intending she would sleep there, which is, of course, unsafe. We had brought our own crib but they had not read our message before and that sofa bed left us no place to put the crib so we needed to call 2 times and wait 40 minutes until they finally came and unmade the sofa bed.

Staff could not understand English well, surprising as it says it is a Hilton hotel; when large travel groups appeared for breakfast early, all the cut up fresh fruit disappeared and no staff asked us if we wished to have some fresh. I tried to explain that the eggs had too much salt and it is harmful for me, it took a while for staff to understand and in the end they did reluctantly bring a small frying pan separately. In the beginning tehy kept on showing me a notice in the breakfast room: standard breakfast meaning no extra wishes are allowed. But I was not asking for extras: i was explaining about too much salt in the eggs. By the way, there should not be any salt in the eggs at all!
